The
Casa Grande at Tropical Evergreens in Soliman Bay is a beautiful
beach house with an open split-level first floor, and a stairway
to a loft bedroom above. On the first floor there is a king-size
bed and bathroom just a couple of steps higher than the main
living area. In the main living area the dining table separates
the living room from the full kitchen, and mahogany doors
open from this living space to the beachside exterior patio.
Palms provide some shade on the exterior patio making it a
nice place to relax and enjoy the breeze. The loft area has
two bedrooms with queen beds and one futon and a full bathroom.
The house has a VCR, stereo system with CDs for your entertainment,
and a lock box for your valuables.
The Casita at
Tropical Evergreens has a living area, fully stocked kitchen
with bar seating for four; queen size bedroom, full bath and
air conditioning. A private, outside stairway leads upstairs
to a large open deck, bedroom with 2 twin beds (can be converted
to one king), and full bath. The entire unit may be rented
for a party of 4, or just the downstairs for a party of 2.
There is a stereo system with CDs for your entertainment.

A short path from
both houses leads to the beach where a thatched palapa makes
shade for hammocks and beach chairs. Kayaking and snorkeling
in the bay is excellent, right out the front door! Coffee
or tea at sunrise is a must!
Tropical Evergreens
does have regular electric power, being one of the first homes
on the bay to be hooked-up by the local utility company in
January 2001.
Just down the
road about 1/4 mi. is Oscar Y Lalo's restaurant for great
seafood or a cocktail on the beach.

Balance due 90 days before travel.
We recommend that you book early for Christmas 2008. Tropical
Evergreens is booked for New Years 2009.
